It was a fairly mild morning with little wind and no rain. Today I only had time for a brisk “Three Bridges” walk, but that was perfectly fine, because later I had the first day of setup for a major show at the convention center, and as expected, I ended up taking a massive number of steps there. I skipped my stretching exercises and my breathing and meditation exercises today due to time constraints. On my way to work, I unexpectedly came across this slightly surreal scene by the Landwehr Canal—a carpet on which someone appears to be living. My second discovery was two original pieces of the Berlin Wall somewhere on the trade fair grounds.

Es war ein recht milder Morgen ohne viel Wind und keinen Regen. Ich hatte heute nur Zeit für einen sportlichen Drei-Brücken-Walk, aber das war auch völlig in Ordnung, denn später hatte ich den ersten Aufbautag für eine größere Show auf dem Messegelände und habe dort wie erwartet massiv viele Schritte gemacht. Dehn- und Stretchübungen und die Atem- und Meditationsübungen habe ich heute aus Zeitgründen ausgelassen. Auf dem Weg zum Job habe ich überraschend diese leicht surreale Szene mit einem Teppich am Landwehrkanal entdeckt, auf dem Jemand zu wohnen scheint. Die zweite Entdeckung waren zwei originale Mauerstücke irgendwo auf dem Messegelände.
