It was a really cold morning today. Good thing I decided to wear my jacket. For a moment, with that icy wind blowing, I even thought about putting on gloves. It turned out to be a very invigorating interval-walking loop around Luiseninsel through the palace park. I did my daily stretching exercises beforehand on the terrace and a few breathing and meditation exercises by the water on the island, as usual. There, I also noticed this wonderfully colorful shrub, which I photographed from both sides, and a few meters further on, I found the “Queen” once again beautifully decorated in autumn colors today and, of course, brought her home with me as well.

Das war ein richtig kalter Morgen heute. Gut, dass ich mich für die Jacke entschieden hatte. Kurz dachte ich bei dem eisigen Wind sogar schon an Handschuhe. Es war dann auch eine sehr erfrischende Luiseninselrunde im Intervall-Walking durch den Schlosspark. Die täglichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen habe ich vorher auf der Terrasse gemacht und ein paar Atem- und Meditationsübungen wie üblich am Wasser auf der Insel. Dort ist mir auch dieser herrlich farbenfrohe Strauch aufgefallen, den ich euch von beiden Seiten eingefangen habe, und ein paar Meter weiter fand ich die Königin heute mal wieder sehr hübsch und herbstlich dekoriert vor und hab sie natürlich ebenfalls mitgebracht.
