Saturday ☀️ 10209

It’s Saturday, and it was finally time to walk around Mierendorff Island again. It was surprisingly mild in the morning, before the day was eventually drowned out by rain. It’s probably going to get colder now, I thought to myself as I watched the migratory birds overhead, loudly agreeing on their route south. I did some stretching exercises on the patio right before my morning walk, and then some breathing and meditation exercises along the water at my usual spots. I felt good and well-rested this morning, and the walk felt just as great. I’ve brought you some photos of the autumn sky and whatever else caught my eye.
