Tuesday ☀️ 14180

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any time at all today for a morning walk before the last of three show days, during which we ended up taking down and loading most of the equipment. But I racked up quite a few steps on the way there and back, as well as at the venue itself. Just before leaving, I’d enjoyed some stretching exercises at home on the treehouse terrace under the starry sky, with a view of the Orion constellation, followed by some relaxing breathing exercises. In the quiet of the morning, I also treated myself to a moment of indulgence with a cup of Japanese green tea. There was a beautiful sunrise today, which I captured while I was out and about, along with some lovely mist over the Landwehr Canal.
