Sunday ☀️ 8035

Too bad, it rained on Sunday morning. Still, I at least managed a brisk “Three Bridges” walk using interval walking techniques in the drizzling rain. So, unfortunately, the bike ride to Jungfernheide fell through. I did my stretching exercises on the terrace before my morning walk and then did my breathing and meditation exercises later, once I got back. So I’ve brought you a few pictures from another Sunday at Jungfernheide.
