Today I just did another brisk “Three Bridges” morning walk using interval walking, because I have to dash across town later for a show job. Of course, before that I enjoyed some stretching exercises at home on the treehouse terrace, followed by some relaxing breathing exercises, and then a double espresso to get me going. I’ve brought you some shots of the wide-open sky and the sunrise, some rusty stuff that someone fished out of the Spree, and the demolition at the HKW is also moving along, so the turbine hall is becoming more and more visible.

Heute auch wieder nur einen sportlichen Drei-Brücken-Morningwalk im Intervall-Walking gemacht, weil ich später noch zu einem Showjob durch die Stadt düsen muss. Natürlich habe ich vorher zu Hause auf der Baumhausterrasse Dehn- und Stretchübungen mit entspannenden Atemübungen im Anschluss genossen, danach dann einen doppelten Espresso zum Durchstarten. Mitgebracht habe ich euch den weiten Himmel samt Sonnenaufgang, rostiges Zeug, das jemand aus der Spree gefischt hat, und der Abriss am HKW schreitet auch voran, sodass die Turbinenhalle immer mehr zum Vorschein kommt.
