Another mild morning with little wind. Since I had to get to the venue a little later today for the first day of the show, I went for a brisk walk around the peninsula using interval walking and also had some time for breathing and meditation exercises by the Spree. I’d already done my daily stretching exercises at home beforehand. On the way, I caught another glimpse of the still-nearly-full moon and captured a beautiful interplay of light and shadow at the March Bridge.

Wieder ein milder Morgen mit wenig Wind. Da ich heute etwas später zur Venue für den ersten Showtag musste, bin ich eine sportliche Halbinselrunde im Intervall-Walking gegangen und hatte auch etwas Zeit für Atem- und Meditationsübungen an der Spree. Die täglichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen habe ich vorher zu Hause absolviert. Unterwegs habe ich noch einmal den immer noch fast vollen Mond erwischt und ein herrliches Spiel von Licht und Schatten an der Marchbrücke festgehalten.
