It was a really unpleasant morning with wind and rain, “Shietwetter”, as they say in Hamburg. I went for a brisk “Three Bridges” walk anyway, wearing my rain jacket, and later spent my second day setting up at the Berlin convention center, where I racked up a massive number of steps again. I’d already done my stretching exercises, as well as my breathing and meditation exercises, at home beforehand. I’ve brought you a monochrome photo series from my commute to the venue.

Voll der ungemütliche Morgen mit Wind und Regen, Schietwetter, wie der Hamburger sagt. Bin trotzdem mit Regenjacke einen sportlichen Drei-Brücken-Walk gegangen und hab später dann den zweiten Aufbautag auf dem Berliner Messegelände und dort wieder massiv viele Schritte gesammelt. Dehn- und Stretchübungen und die Atem- und Meditationsübungen hatte ich vorher noch zu Hause erledigt. Mitgebracht hab ich euch eine Monochrome Fotoserie vom Weg zur Venue.
