A cold, damp morning with a light breeze, quite unpleasant, and only a little time for a quick interval walk before the third and final day of the show at the convention center. Just a few short, intense breathing and meditation exercises after my daily stretching routine at home, a good cup of Japanese green tea, and off I went to the last day of work. I’ve brought you some gorgeous fall colors, both in the sky and in the plants, so you can feast your eyes on them.

Ein kalter, feuchter Morgen mit leichtem Wind, recht ungemütlich und nur wenig Zeit für einen kurzen Walk im Intervall-Walking vor dem dritten und letzten Showtag auf dem Messegelände. Nur ein paar kurze und intensive Atem- und Meditationsübungen nach den täglichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen zu Hause, eine gute Tasse japanischen Grüntee und los ging’s zum letzten Tag des Jobs. Tolle herbstliche Farben sowohl am Himmel als auch in den Pflanzen habe ich euch mitgebracht, um eure Augen darin zu baden.
