Wednesday ☀️ 12428

The morning was quite mild, og5g5 hver 10 degrees and not very windy. I walked the loop around the peninsula using interval walking and enjoyed a few breathing and meditation exercises here and there along the Spree. Apart from an unusually tame gray heron sitting on the bank next to a fisherman, waiting for fish, the morning wasn’t very eventful. Later, I set up the display for a small conference tomorrow at a hotel on Potsdamer Platz. To get you in the mood, I captured today’s sunrise for you.

Der Morgen war recht mild, über 10 Grad und ohne viel Wind. Ich bin die Halbinselrunde im Intervall-Walking gegangen und habe hier und da an der Spree ein paar Atem- und Meditationsübungen genossen. Außer einem ungewöhnlich zutraulichen Graureiher, der am Ufer neben einem Angler saß und auf Fische wartete, war der Morgen nicht sehr ereignisreich. Später hatte ich dann noch einen Showaufbau für eine kleine Konferenz morgen in einem Hotel am Potsdamer Platz. Zum Eintauchen habe ich für euch heute den Sonnenaufgang eingefangen.
