The morning was less cold than yesterday, but very damp, around 10 degrees, with little wind. The dampness made everything a bit uncomfortable, but I felt much fitter today than I did yesterday morning. I walked the Luiseninsel loop through the palace park using interval walking, including a breathing and meditation break on the island’s shore, which is currently populated by grazing sheep. Along the way, I ran into the “Spreekiecker” as he watched the goings-on at the HKW, dreamed with sleeping swans, admired the once again beautifully decorated bust of Queen Luise, and, of course, first and foremost, captured the sunrise.

Der Morgen war weniger kalt als gestern, aber sehr feucht, um die 10 Grad, ohne viel Wind. Die Feuchtigkeit machte alles etwas ungemütlich, aber ich fühlte mich heute wieder weitaus fitter als gestern Morgen. Ich bin die Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark im Intervall-Walking gegangen, inklusive Atem- und Meditationspause am Ufer der Insel, die aktuell von den grasenden Schafen bevölkert ist. Unterwegs habe ich den „Spreekiecker“ aufgegabelt, wie er das Treiben am HKW beobachtet, mit schlafenden Schwänen geträumt, die wiedermal hübsch geschmückte Büste der Königin Luise bewundert und natürlich zuallererst den Sonnenaufgang eingefangen.
