Sunday ☀️ 10018

It was a beautiful morning, and the weather forecasters had predicted rain, so instead of taking my bike for a long Sunday ride to Plötzensee as planned, I did the Schleusenland loop until it looked like rain was coming. After breakfast, I cleared out the terrace in the treehouse for the contractors coming tomorrow. Now they can come and replace the tiles and the drain. As usual, I’d already done my warm-up stretching exercises at home in the treehouse on the half-empty terrace. I really savored the breathing exercises and meditation at the large weir while a gray heron caught its breakfast at one of the water gates. I brought that heron and a much, much smaller little bird, namely, a blue tit, back for you today, next to the bird’s nest in the freshly felled tree.

Ein schöner Morgen und die Wetterfrösche hatten Regen angesagt, daher bin ich nicht wie geplant mit dem Rad für eine ausgedehnte Sonntagsrunde zum Plötzensee, sondern hab die Schleusenlandrunde gemacht, bis sich der Regen angekündigt hat. Nach dem Frühstück dann die Terrasse im Baumhaus für die Handwerker morgen leer gemacht. Jetzt können sie kommen und die Fliesen und den Abfluss erneuern. Dehn- und Stretchübungen zum Aufwärmen hatte ich wie üblich vorher zuhause im Baumhaus auf der halb leeren Terrasse erledigt. Atemübungen und Meditation am großen Wehr hab ich gut ausgekostet, während sich ein Graureiher an einem der Wassertore sein Frühstück gefangen hat. Den und nen viel, viel kleineren Piepmatz, nämlich eine Blaumeise, hab ich euch neben dem Vogelnest vom frisch gefällten Baum heute mitgebracht.
