The whole family got out to their favorite cafe and for a long time they indulged themselves with their favorite pumpkin mash and cheese syrup!
In our family, everyone loves cheesecakes! And basically, my mom cooks from her home-made curds. I do not always have this opportunity and I cook from the purchase!)
Cheese cakes are made very quickly and easily! I grind if the curd is granular through a sieve, I add one egg, and I also like to add raisins and dried apricots (soaked in advance), as I always do by eye, I add more flour. Then I roll rounds and roll in flour and in a frying pan! 10-15 minutes and delicious cheese cakes are ready!
Подавать можно с джемом, сметанкой, вареньем! В нашем кафе заказываю всегда из детского меню так как они намного вкуснее чем в обычном. Во первых сметанка с сахаром и посыпано всё это дело сахарной пудрой, а также вкуснейший клубничный джем) и немного шоколада.
Ну и мой любимый тыквенный суп пюре! Я люблю варить на бульоне из курицы или индейки. Отвариваем мясо, добавляю небольшими кусочками тыкву, картофель, морковку, специи. Через минут 15 всё это дело взбиваю блендером!
