Here’s me updating one more fruitful day of staying fit. The last I remember doing so much exercise was before my first job. I used to cycle, jog, gym (weights) and swim on the same day. That used to be some serious exercising regime. The advantage back then were my friends who used to exercise with me. So they acted as conscience keepers. And now my daughter is my conscience keeper. All is well, therefore. 😊
Yesterday evening was once again a sweaty affair; the good sweat, I mean. However, I was short on breath because my daughter wanted to do ten burpees instead of five and that was a killer.
So, here’s what we did
We took a 10-second break between each of the above exercise. You should try it to know how effective the regime is. I love it. And if you can do three supersets with each of the above, then you are certified to become an Angel in God’s army. 😊 😊
The morning was one with weights. I was focusing on planks and biceps today. Planks and biceps are considered unusual pairing, but I find it works quite well. Today I increased the time from my usual half-hour to forty-five minutes to about an hour and ten minutes. This is what surprises me. I do a lot more in the morning without much sweat but the evening won flattens me like nothing. It gets a bit funny when my daughter breezes through it while I am puffing and panting. Hmm… Mark of a gymnast, I guess.
So, that was another fulfilled exercising day. Till morrow, namaste!
And a good day! 😊

The record for most sit-ups belongs to Brazilian, Edmar Freitas, who did 133,986 sit-ups in 30 hours. He also holds the record for most sit-ups in 24 hours. The record stands at 111,000 sit-ups in 24 hours.
So, how are you feeling today? Want to give a shot at the record? 😊
