This local bread is made in the Gilgit-Baltistan Pakistan which called Arzooq in some areas and Chilpaik in some other areas. This is made up with a mixture of flour, oil, salt/sugar, yeast. The people of the area eat it with tea. It gives a good taste and mostly used as cookies. You may like it.
