OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 418th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Shimmering blue reflects the perfect sky. In defiance of the oppressive heat, the chilly stretch of water offers refuge to abundant life. Do you see it? Do you hear it? The atmosphere is palpable as the sounds of creatures fluttering around the waters edge reaches my ears long before I can see anything. Our home(stead) is like an oasis. Offering hope, refuge, comfort. Life. The animal, bird and insect life thrives here as the rains return. A robe of green carpets the mountains and the valley floor. The sight is indescribable. Around our freshly scrubbed dam the swallows dip low - a wing brushes the surface like a kiss. A frog plops into the waters and disappears. The air vibrates with the busy activity of thirsty honey bees. And for the first time - ever - we spot the rare Red Dragonfly!

Hello friends of Hive, today I want to share with you a plant that has grown like a carpet in my grandparents' house and that catches my attention. It is commonly known as bitter melon, but its scientific name is Momordica Charantia, and it is very popular because its seed is edible, or rather the seed coating.

Here I sit, back against the wall, legs bent in a weird angle. My hands rest on the granite floor, by my sides. A doll dropped from a higher place, gazeless eyes lost in the empty space. I allowed myself to be cornered, and I don't like it. There's danger in the way I stay still, in the motionless pain that transpires from my posture. I might bite, as any wounded animal would. What am I, but just another being in a world of instincts, each and everyone pulling in a different direction, all the same in the end?

Hello, how are you? Today I will be participating in the Ladies of Hive community contest. This time I read the questions ahead of time and knew right away what I was going to write about :). I'd also like to invite my friends @/esthefanychacin and @/evelynchacin to join the contest. I'm inviting them ahead of time so they have no excuse not to leave their entry hahahah. Today I will be answering the two proposed questions, which are:

Human beings, since we are born, have our own ideas, which we develop over time, and everything we have had to go through to reach a path traveled and with it the birth of dreams.

Our life is understood from everything we learn and the way of thinking on many occasions, derives from the training we have had in the course of our childhood, adolescence and adulthood, therefore each step we take represents being able to make a difference in our lives.

And you wonder, what is Del Hongo? Del Hongo is my brother-in-law and sister's bakery brand. They make artisan bread and pizzas, but I'm not here to talk about that, rather I want to tell you about my experience when ordering a Pizza Del Hongo.

These days, I had to go out to get gas late in the morning, as you know, I am in Venezuela and that is an odyssey, I got up at 4:00 am to get everything ready, the whole thing was that I spent the day in line and When I got home in the late afternoon, I didn't feel like cooking, so I ordered a Pizza Del Hongo.

For some time now the life of the average gamer has been getting progressively worse, due to the constant shortage of a product as essential to playing as they are the graphics cards or better known as GPUs. For no one is a mystery that finding some new ones is an impossible task (unless you are willing to spend a kidney on it) as several today are monopolized by another market which is mining, I will not talk about it in this post but we must be clear that usually are handled by the second-hand market being this the main resource for most gamers to opt for what we dream so much that is to assemble a PC to play in decent conditions.

For many years I have been trying to cultivate the habit of reading. Undoubtedly, as it happens with any human activity, the contributions it leaves us and the ones we can make thanks to it, will depend on the quality of the books we read and the passion we put into that action. In this sense, it is not about reading many books, it is about the books you have read helping your personal growth, to realize that endless but transcendent construction of becoming a conscious, centered and harmonious human being.
