Pizza Del Hongo / Mushroom Pizza
Y ustedes se preguntan, ¿Qué es Del Hongo? Del Hongo es la marca de panadería de mi cuñado y hermana. Ellos realizan pan artesanal y pizzas, pero no vine a hablar de eso, más bien quiero contarles mi experiencia al pedir una Pizza Del Hongo.
Estos días, tuve que salir a echar gasolina a altas horas de la mañana, como saben, me encuentro en Venezuela y eso es una odisea, me levanté a las 4:00am par alistar todo, total fue que pase el día en la cola y al llegar a mi casa en la tarde casi noche no tenía ganas de cocinar, por lo que pedí una Pizza Del Hongo.
La pizza lleva, salsa, queso, jamón, cebolla y pimentón, ya que así la pedí. Lo que más que gusta de la Pizza Del Hongo es que es entre gruesa y fina, lo cual puede estar por un lado tostada y por el otro con masa. Ambas presentaciones me gustan y que en una sola pizza exista eso, para mí es perfecto.

The pizza has sauce, cheese, ham, onion and paprika, since that's how I ordered it. What I like most about Pizza Del Hongo is that it is between thick and thin, which can be toasted on one side and dough on the other. I like both presentations and that in a single pizza there is that, for me it is perfect.
La verdad desde que él empezó a hacer pizza, todas las pruebas las probamos, incluso agarramos unos cuantos kilitos hasta llegar a donde está ahorita con su masa y salsa que ambas hacen que sepa dulce, a mi la comida me gusta dulce, no salada. Las salsas rojas para mi llevan un toque de papelón o azúcar. Un poquito que le marca la diferencia.

The truth is, since he started making pizza, we tried all the tests, we even grabbed a few kilos until we got to where it is right now with its dough and sauce, both of which make it taste sweet, I like sweet food, not salty. Red sauces for me have a touch of paper or sugar. A little bit that makes the difference.
Como yo vivo muy cerquita de ellos, me fui a buscar mi pizza caminando y aún estaba en el horno, esperé mientras se hacía, converse con mi cuñado sobre Hive, por cierto, lo que estaba haciendo aquí, lo que he venido conociendo, hasta que estuvo lista.
Me fui a mi casa a degustarla en mi cuarto, en mi cama, con mi hijo que también le encanta la pizza de mi cuñado. Comimos los dos media pizza, y quedamos bien, la otra mitad quedó para desayuno.
La pizza de desayuno viene fría de nevera, no se calienta y se come con café con leche, deben probar, es una cuestión de otro mundo, una placer culposo. Ahorita tener placeres culposos son como un vicio y alegría, yo tengo los míos, como por ejemplo comerme todo el chocolate que pueda escondida. Jaja ¿No les pasa? A mi si y mucho.
