I was very excited because I was going to make my own chocolate, and the fact is that processing cocoa in an artisanal way leaves you with the full load of properties, nothing is extracted from it, this chocolate is 100% pure, a bitter chocolate that we can continue processing and make a variety of desserts and drinks.

In this opportunity I bring the step by step of a tea towel holder, and in addition to that give a nice touch of decoration to the kitchen, this time I decided to make it chicken. No dough to make reference to, it's time to create!...

After my visit to the imposing building, I went out to the street and noticed that right across the street there was a beautiful park that occupied an entire block. I went over to ask a worker and he explained that it was Parque San Juan de Dios, as the locals called it. It caught my attention, as I was not familiar with it, so I decided to go inside to explore and approach a statue in the center.

come back with me, how is the weather today where you are? It's raining where I live, when the rain comes, for some reason, I'm hungry, I want to snack on something warm, maybe because the weather is cold, so we need something warm to warm the body, it just so happens that at my house there are leftover purple sweet potatoes from yesterday, but I thought of make snacks made from purple sweet potatoes

When it comes to household chores, I love cleaning more than any other chores. I find scrubbing the tiles more satisfying. The splish splash sound of the water as I wash the clothes is rather eargasmic to me. I love that I can dive into deep thoughts while washing the clothes or have my mind fly to wander as I scrub those stubborn oil and food remains on the plate. I love cleaning because I don't need to use too much of my brain cells to have it done. It's a routine with repeated process and techniques so I could spare some of my brain energy for a more mental activity.

My saturation from yesterday is still there, hanging in the shadows. The situation at home is slowly improving and that helps me to calm down. At least that front is starting to clear. But I don't forget that these are signs warning of danger, shining like light bulbs in the night, signalling that I can't take on any more and, on the contrary, it's convenient for me to let go of some of what I insist on carrying on my back and which is holding me back.

Brown Trekker Adventure and Outdoor Gear: What made it Cebu's one-stop outdoor shop?
The pandemic has forced us to shut our doors from the outside world. Stay-at-home mandates were imposed, leading to a renewed perception of nature. What was once an ordinary park or mountain range became a craving for many. Or a need perhaps. That is why it was not surprising to see people flocking to the great outdoors once restrictions were lifted. In a blink, outdoor activities skyrocketed and many started initiating different recreation experiences such as hiking, mountain climbing, road running, trail running, biking, moto-camping, glamping, freediving, and the likes. Along with these, sales and demand for gear and apparel soared.

Creamy Lentil Soup, Just Like My Mom Taught Me. / Sopa Cremosa De Lentejas, Como Me Enseñó Mi Mamá.
One of my favorite dishes as a child was Lentils, my mom prepared them delicious and I think everyone at home really enjoyed that dish despite being so common, simple and economical, but I have understood that the value of a recipe is in what you bring to it, in doing it with love and putting that seasoning and energy that makes each dish unique.

First I tell you how it came about. One afternoon I met my great friend, comadre and sister in life Nakary. She loves baking, almost every afternoon she bakes delicacies. Her house is always warm from the oven and smells of vanilla. She invited me for a snack and made me a delicious bread. I loved it because it contains no wheat flour, its main ingredient is plantain and I enjoyed it with a delicious guarapito.

When we made the decision to take this tour, my husband and I had a conversation with the travel and tour agent because we were unsure whether the senior travelers we would be traveling with would choose this itinerary with the uphill steps. My husband's aunt (my father-in-law's sister) already went to Bohol a few months prior to us, and she already "oriented" my in-laws about how they didn't go in the steps and just waited for their children at the base of the view deck. So my in-laws have already made up their minds that they will do the same and that climbing will be too tiring and difficult for them. My in-laws are already in their seventies and not physically active.
