Sugary drinks are always my go-to for a hot day, but not every day. I usually make use of twice a month to enjoy sweet drinks like this, when I'm relaxing on a weekend.
New drinks made in different ways always intrigue me. A touch of sweet potato combined with milk became a viral drink recently in my country. But there is a difference if this drink is usually prepared with purple sweet potatoes. Now because purple sweet potatoes are very difficult to find and my curiosity has been very turbulent, I immediately tried to make this drink from yellow sweet potatoes.
Sweet Potato Milk Full Cream
Sweet potato milk full cream is a processed drink made from sweet potatoes that are boiled then mashed and given a touch of full cream milk which makes it even more interesting to try. Its sweet, creamy texture is very important to try.

Ingredients Needed
- 150 grams sweet potato
- 500 ml full cream milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Making Procedure
Peel and cut the sweet potato into small and thin pieces so that it is easy to cook when boiled.
Then boil the sweet potato until it is perfectly cooked, well at this stage I add salt, make sure the sweet potato is very soft.
Puree the sweet potato with a spoon until soft, add sugar until the sugar dissolves.
If it has been pureed, add the sweet potato to the glass then add cold full cream milk. Now you can add ice cubes for maximum results.
Result
Sweet potato milk is ready I serve enjoy after stirring everything. The taste is spectacular, the touch of sweet potato and savory milk makes it even more delicious. You will taste a different dish from this sweet potato drink.
The first time I tried this sweet potato mixed milk was amazing. It's so good I can't lie, I added a few ice cubes after taking a picture and stirred it. When everything is mixed together this drink is even more delicious. I highly recommend this drink for your family events.
