Foodie lovers, today I'm going to show you how to make a simple snack that I've never tried before. This snack is made from boiled potatoes combined with crushed boiled eggs. At first glance, this snack looks similar to a cuttlefish snack, but I think it tastes different because of its savory flavor that is just right on the tongue and the incredibly soft texture of the potatoes.
I found this snack on social media some time ago. In my opinion, this snack is very easy to make. The ingredients used are potatoes and eggs, which I always have at home. Even though it is made with simple ingredients, it tastes very good, especially when enjoyed on a rainy day while it is still warm. Believe me, it will taste amazing. And you will definitely make this recipe over and over again because it is that delicious.
150 grams of potatoes
2 boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of bouillon powder
I use potatoes that have been boiled by peeling them, cutting them into small pieces, and boiling them.
While hot, mash the potatoes until smooth using a fork or a chopper.
Then crush the boiled eggs and mix them with the mashed potatoes.
Add salt and bouillon powder, then add the wheat flour.
Add the tapioca flour and celery leaves, then mix everything until well blended.
If the dough is easy to shape, form it into a long shape.
Then fry until golden brown and drain.
Serve with spicy sauce, mayonnaise, or even cheese sauceāall of which are delicious. The combination of all the main ingredients makes it very savory, and a touch of boiled egg makes it even more unique. I think eggs can replace beef or chicken because the taste is almost similar. However, the texture is not too dense, and I really like this combination. The texture is soft and light, making it a very delicious dish.
When served with chili sauce, it tastes even better, and the spicy touch gives it a different flavor. In my opinion, if you serve it to your children, they will definitely like it, but of course you have to skip the chili sauce, just like I did. This dish is best served immediately after frying because it tastes better that way.
