The buttery sauteed corn was topped with chunks of cheese that made it melt in the mouth. So that makes it a special dish to be prepared anytime. Now this dish itself was inspired by one of the content creators on social media yesterday I saw. He prepared the savory corn in his account. I was very happy to see the recipe he is indeed a great cheff. Therefore, it was very fortuitous that I had corn at home and I immediately wanted to try it. Although the ingredients are not all complete as the corn used is corn that has been frozen in the refrigerator. But I replaced it with fresh corn, I think the result will be the same.
Curious about the recipe, let's take a look at the preparation steps!.
200 grams of boiled corn
1 stalk of spring onion
1 stalk of celery
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams of cheddar cheese
3 cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Chop dsun onion, celery chili and garlic finely.
Saute butter with honey until melted.
Then add corn, cut corn according to taste. Add green onions, celery, and garlic.
Then add cayenne pepper and grated cheese.
Stir until evenly mixed, if you want a little saltier add salt.
The cheese-butter sauteed corn was ready to serve, I served it on a serving plate and then enjoyed a portion of this super corn. It was creamy and very savory with a hint of saltiness because I added salt. If you don't like it, you may not add any salt.
It was very good and the combination of all the ingredients was perfect and the taste was very luxurious. I was so happy to be able to enjoy this dish by myself and finish it in no time at all during my lunch hour. Yeah a slice of bread as a carb and the protein can be whatever is available
