After a few days at my sister's house, when I returned to his residence. I brought one large cup of beef weighing 500 grams. I did prepare it for me to take to my brother's place because I was going to process it into satay. The meat that I have cleaned and cut into squares, I marinate it with salt and I store it in a box so that I can easily take it to sister's house.

Arriving at my sister's house, I immediately packed up to make it into satay. Well, my nephews were very enthusiastic when they found out that I was going to make satay, they were curious and immediately accompanied me to prepare a few things in the kitchen. I cooked it in a roasting pan, at first I wanted to grill it on hot coals, but due to the unfavorable weather I took the initiative to directly roast it on the stove. Easily and without hesitation then I prepared some spices for the preparation of roasting satay. Here are the preparatory steps in making satay.

Beef satay is a very popular dish in my country. Made from meat with special fine spices roasted until cooked over fire, this dish is very delicious. The hallmark of satay is the chunks of meat skewered on a stick made of bamboo which makes it so attractive. Apart from that, satay also has special sauces such as peanut sauce or other sauces like what I will prepare below. So, instead of being curious, let's start cooking!

Steps To Make

Serve the beef satay, drizzle it over with the sambal matah, or you can also drizzle it again with soy sauce. Satay is very suitable to be enjoyed with hot rice or any protein as a complement, it can also be enjoyed directly without any additions. The taste is savory from the meat, very delicious, the tender meat adds extraordinary delicacy.
