"Moussaka" Is an eggplant or potato-based dish, For me it tastes better with eggplant based :"D
Usually it is made from layers of fried eggplant immersed in tomato sauce and minced meat with other fried vegetables as green peeper ; and of course adding salt and other Spices , then baked.

Many versions have a top layer made of milk-based sauce thickened with egg or flour.
