The area seems quiet and is mostly made up of large buildings, there is probably a high population density, however there is a lot of greenery and many parks of various sizes. It is a semi-industrial area but the hospital is very beautiful and well-kept with a large square and a monument dedicated to the nurses. It's a simple area for a walk, there are also many shops and bars, shame about the bad weather if it was sunny it would have been a much more pleasant walk.
