Good evening, blog friends, how are you? Here I am again with my Wednesday walk. Today I'm taking you back to the city, still in Pistoia, where I went to accompany my husband for some tests. While he was at the doctor, I took the opportunity to take a walk around the area, as always in the non-central areas of the city. The streets are quiet and there are rows of pastel- or light-colored houses. If you follow me, you'll know that these houses are typical of the Pistoia area. I took a few photos of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, this area used to have many shops, but as is happening throughout the city, almost all of them are now closed. This is due to inflation and the poor economy. Less money means fewer people buying, and small shops are the first to close, even the historic ones.

Continuing my walk, I also came across an old villa. The city is full of these historic villas; now they're mostly used as offices, but they used to be the homes of noble families. Then I returned to the doctors' offices and took some photos of the building where they were located, a beautiful tall structure with a green space in the middle. I'm not a big fan of apartment buildings or this type of building, but I have to admit they have a certain charm, even if I would never live there. As soon as my husband left, the walk concluded with a delicious breakfast at a café inside this building, offering a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Now, friends, I'm off to make dinner. Continuando mi paseo, me topé con una antigua villa. La ciudad está llena de estas villas históricas; ahora se usan principalmente como oficinas, pero antes eran las residencias de familias nobles.
