Weekly Run Just 3K at Salemba

10M

Hello everyone, how are you? I'm determined to start running again, even if it's a short distance. This is a start. But I also want to share that yesterday wasn't easy. After I ran 4K, I checked my pace and it was an average of 10:06. That's not very impressive. Today, I tried running again.

But this time, my pace was quite fast. I ran 3K at an average pace of 8:42 with a running time of 27 minutes. What about my first pace? My first pace was quite fast. Maybe because it was early in the morning and I was full of energy. So, my pace was 8:10.

In the second kilometer, my pace was 8:49. A little slower, but still quite fast for me. So, how can I maintain a pace of 9:00? It was quite difficult for me. Moreover, during the run, I listened to the song "Later - Falling in Love." Did that increase my running rhythm?

The last kilometer, I reached 9:01. This pace was what I wanted. This week and Sunday, I've been doing small training sessions. While I'm recovering from my infrequent exercise. Other days, I also walk, sometimes in the afternoon or morning. But, even when I run, I'm still quite exhausted.

Oh yeah, what was the route? I ran around Salemba. It's not far from home. This route is familiar. I was determined to run early on car-free day, but I woke up late yesterday. I also happened to have menstrual cramps. That's also why I woke up late. That's all my story for now. See you later.
