My last three runs:
I headed out for 4 isk Ks easy and then 4* 300M - at 4.05 but I overdid it, according to Claude. I also did one warm up burst too.
Around the Park and then up to kiddo's new school to figure out where to park when the weather's grotty, and the one way system, naturally. Not that obvious, so glad I ran around it first!
Claude had given me a good telling off for running these two fast so I deliberately kept is slow, I think this was REALLY slow too, as the 34 minute pacer went past, but hey, that's OK - my average HR was 135 so GOAL ACHIEVED!
I think next week this may become my long run... add on a few more Ks and I'm up to the 8K mark which is what I want!
I could just run the long way round to Tesco, this could work nicely!
