Morning run before the heat

Today is due to be one of the hottest June days ever for us. I was out at 8am, but it was already warm. I just ran without trying too hard, but the pace was not too bad really.

There were quite a few people out there. The route around Fairfield is mostly shaded, so that made it a little cooler. It still took me a while to chill down when I got home.

For a change I am posting this from @liketu as that can import from Strava. In the app it should show the outline of the route and other details, but I am not sure how it will show in other dapps. I was listening to @elmerlin on Hive Thrive last night and that got me looking at Liketu again. It has had extensive updates recently, so check it out.
