How are you? Yesterday I saw several running events held in May. At first I wanted to join Color Run in Bandung, but apparently I forgot the last date of registration. I also saw other events in May this time. I plan to take part in events between events in Bandung or in Jakarta. One thing after the decision, I was determined to prepare it.
The distance I will take may be at 10 km. I will try that distance. I also need to prepare my physical. That is my main determination. And today, I ran back. At the same time, I tried me as I am. And see whether my Strava is back in error or not. In this run, I just ran with a distance of 3 km. Because I ran too late, so I took a distance of 3 km. At the same time, checking my Strava.

When viewed from Strava this time, it turns out that the first kilometer and my second kilometer are too fast. And apparently I did not rely that my speed ran fast enough. The thing I felt throughout the run, I was too slow. This was proven in Strava and the third kilometer of me ran.
In the first kilometer, my pace reached 7: 01. That's very fast. And the first kilometer and the second kilometer which quickly made the third kilometer quite tired and my stomach hurt again. I need to change my running method again, where the first kilometer and the second kilometer must be the same.
From here I learned for adjusted running rhythm and the target next week is 10 km. I feel sorry, not back to understanding important lessons in running, arranging pace running. Even though at 8K I realized that Pace needs to be arranged. I'm a little sorry. The challenge next week is to reach a distance of 10K, as well as warm up before the event in May, later.
Well, I also in this post I want to tell the route that I take. This route is actually not a foreign route to me. The distance is 3 km. Yes, starting from Salemba, then spinning again to the Scout Street and to the country's printing, and returns to Salemba. This is another 3K route besides, Kwitang. That's all I can tell. Wait for my next post.
