Hola Hiverun Runners...
Lately, amidst the busyness of work and drafting my novel, I’ve been making time to exercise with my office colleagues whenever we can. Running is the only sport that doesn't require much preparation, so it has become our regular routine. In August alone, we went to the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium twice to work out. However, during the first outing early last month, I didn't hit the pace I was aiming for, so I didn't post about it
I confidently wore this Hive Run shirt—the pride of our community. My friends didn't really notice it, but it turned out looking great in photos.
Anyway, let me finish my story about this week's running progress. There hasn't been any change; I always run at the same pace and cover the same distance—just three laps. I tire easily, and once I sit down, I find it hard to get back up. Suddenly, I’m missing 5K races.
Our work schedules are indeed very hectic, but whenever possible, we head to GBK just to unwind or get some exercise. My friends and I run at our own individual paces; I can't keep up with theirs. Two of us just go for a leisurely walk, but we all manage to work up a sweat.
