Actually, to make something out of pumpkin, you have to grow a pumpkin first!
Okay, you can just buy it. But I'm not looking for easy ways - I grew it myself)
It's beautiful)
So, for the soup, we'll need this:
Pumpkin
Onion
Tomatoes
Carrots
Sweet bell pepper
And also cream)
And garlic for spice
The rest is very simple: chop all the vegetables (except garlic), lightly fry in butter or vegetable oil - whatever you like.
We add water and stew the vegetables.
When the vegetables are ready, add the cream. (I take 10% cream, just for flavor)
Grind all the ingredients in the soup with a blender. And we get a flavorful pumpkin cream soup!
Add garlic (finely crushed), pepper seeds, croutons...
And enjoy!
