Do you love chocolate cupcakes as much as I do? About once a week, I bake them in different versions and with different fillings.
The cupcakes are invariably lean. Lent is not over yet, so that's why. And that doesn't stop my cupcakes from being delicious at all.
I bake them in silicone molds. The baking process takes 30 minutes.
Recipe
160 grams of flour
15 grams of cocoa
150 gr granulated sugar
5 gr of baking powder
2 gr. salt
190 g of juice (any)
100 g vegetable oil
And filling - berries, nuts, chocolate
Pour it all in our baking tin and bake
It turns out delicious!
