Working out with workout machines can be really fun. You get to relax because you don't put much thoughts into your form, like you don't ask much about where to begin and end your lift. You just lift to the end of the machine, lower it to the end of the machine, and then all over again.
But I should really say something about the fact that machines are too stable and your body doesn't get to train for unstable weights, meanwhile in the real world if you have to lift anything it usually doesn't have the stability that machines provide. So, as much as machines are fun, one should always try to lift without machines, for the instability 🌚.
