✅2 Push Up en Full planche + press + negativa + Full plache hold.
✅9 Pull Up en Front Lever + Front Lever hold.
Greetings to all the #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
I show you some captures of my training yesterday Saturday (July 27, 2024) focused on powermoves and Pull Up and Push Up. Lately, I have decreased the volume of training, at the expense of prioritizing as much as possible the good execution of the power movements in these advanced exercises. And I dare say that if I have noticed improvement in it, 2 clear examples in the video:
✅2 Push Up in Full planche + press + negative + Full plache hold.
✅9 Pull Up in Front Lever + Front Lever hold.
I am happy with this progress, now it is time to apply the same methodology in the other exercises that I already do and those who are about to get to do, and gradually increase the difficulty and volume of the same.
