1º día de entreno en la semana🔄1º training day of the week•ESP|ENG•
Greetings to all the #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Starting this week's training yesterday, Tuesday (August 6, 2024). I hadn't been to the bars for a few days, but at least I've been able to keep up with training from home. The focus of this workout was from resistance to endurance of advanced static exercises and combos of the same. I consider that there were improvements in mini combos on floor and front lever one arm, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't "rest on my laurels" ✌️😅.
