Greetings to all the SWC and Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

I share with you some of the combos I have done this Friday (April 19, 2024). As such, I had intended it to be a fully "Powerfree" workout and as you may also have noticed by watching the video. I don't know why I felt bad, may be because of the weather, humidity and little breeze passage, but despite the discomfort I was able to complete some combos, not as good as I wanted, but it could have been worse 😁.

Because of the motivation of seeing brother @lijou-cv practicing some dynamic combos, well, I decided to practice that too, more specifically "swing 540". After several attempts, I finally managed to do this trick for the first time. For the excitement and adrenaline I added a "Full Planche" and "Front Lever" 😁🔥, I hope to have obtained more mastery to this trick.

nos vemos en una próxima publicación.🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️

see you in a future post.🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️
