Greetings to all the SWC and Hive community 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
This Sunday (May 19, 2024), being the last day of the week, I wanted to culminate it in this small training of basic "Push Up" and "Pull Up", but adding an advanced exercise at the beginning of each series not to lose the habit.
The idea as such is to do a total of 30 "Pull-ups" and 30 "Pull Downs", with their respective advanced exercise at the beginning of each set.
Just in case, due to technical failures I could not rescue the video of the last series of "Fondos"😅, so I owe it to you for next time 😁👍🏻.
