On most workdays I have a pretty easy day, driving around delivering, installing and fixing things but today me and three colleagues had to get metal panels about 2.4 meters high and 40 cm wide up two stairs, weighing around 40kg each and in total about 26 to eventually make a big metal box out of it.
According to my fitbit I walked 61 stairs today, so it was a good leg and core workout 馃挭馃槄
