Hi everybody!!! I am a person who never gets tired of eating vegetables. Vegetables are a type of food that has a high water content. And also has many benefits for the body.
Lately I've been eating a lot of vegetables to increase my immunity.
Because a few days ago I was exposed to the new variant of the Covid Virus or Omicron, for about five days I couldn't do my activities. I have a high fever, headache, body aches and my nose is stuffy, so I can't breathe.
This of course really tortured me, and my appetite was lost.
There are many people around me who feel the same way I do.
Because I can't have the heart to with children, so I do self-isolation at home, I continue to carry out health procedures at home by wearing a mask and so on.
Many relatives and friend have supported me for a speedy and speedy recovery, and I am very grateful. Finally, after several days of isolation, taking medicine and vitamins regularly, I was declared negative without infecting my children and husband.

I am very grateful hopefully that we all are always given health.

Yesterday I bought chicory and carrots, but today I just had time to cook it. I will cook it into my favorite food, which is stir-fried dishes.
I mix carrots in cooking because carrot vegetables have good benefits for eye health. In addition, the chicory that I cook will be more colorful with the addition of carrots which have a bright color.
