Hello friends of @steemit, I present a quick and simple recipe of pumpkin omelet with cheese.

The ingredients:
3 Pumpkins
1 clove garlic.
1 Spicy Pimento.
4 Eggs
1 Green Onion.
Salt.
Pepper.
Vegetable oil.

Process:

• After washing the casings are cut into slices and then into small squares.
• In addition, the hot pepper and garlic are ground to fry in a pan.
• The onion is cut into squares.
• The eggs are placed in a container to beat them.
• Then place the pumpkins to heat in a pan, when roasted, add the green onions, hot pepper and garlic, salt and pepper and mix.
• Then add the egg over the whole pumpkin mixture, evenly and add the cheese.
  Put the pan in the oven. If you do not use the oven, you can close the pan with a lid and leave it on the stove to reach minimum heat until the cheese melts.

The result is a rich and healthy omelet from the calaza with cheese.
