Here you can afford some blunders - and conjure up a crunchy cucumber crocodile
Also : knife, cutting board, toothpick
1: Wash the vegetables and grapes. Slice the first third of the cucumber lengthwise into a wedge shape to create the crocodile mouth.2: Now carve small triangles along the cut - so gets the crocodile teeth.3: Skew the tomatoes, mozzarella balls and radishes on toothpicks and place them carefully in the back of the cucumber crocodile.
4: In the pages you put wine grape skewers. Cut the carrot longitudinally into thin strips. Put one of them as tongue in the mouth. Halve a mozzarella ball and attach the halves to the ends with a toothpick. Press peppercorns in so the crocodile gets eyes.
Tip: If you cut the cucumber at an angle, it is better. From the cucumber leftovers you can carve your feet.
