Maize Bread and Mustered Leaves Curry (Makki Ki Roti Sarson Ka Saag)
This rich & irresistible dish is easy to prepare. Major ingredients are mustard leaves & maize flour. Leaves of mustered are a little bitter, but when cooked with milder tasting spinach, ghee/butter & spices the taste is heavenly.

MUSTERED LEAVES CURRY INGREDIENTS:
2 small bundles of mustard leaves
1 bundle of spinach
1 or inch piece of ginger
6-7 cloves of garlic crushed
3 onion finely chopped
8-9 green chilies
2 pinch of asafetida
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon coriander powder
1 tea spoon masala
1 tea spoon red chili powder
2 tea spoon maize flour
2 tea spoon ghee
Salt for taste
FOR MAKKI KI ROTI:
2 cups of maize flour (makki ki atta)
1 tsp of ajwain (optional)
Hot water as required
Salt to taste
