Mac and Cheese Brats???

Good evening everyone. I went shopping at a local meat shop called Von Hanson's and I saw a new flavor of bratwurst. Bratwurst stuffed with Mac and Cheese. We eat brats and Mac and Cheese as a side all the time so it made sense to me. I decided to give it a shot.

@mr-vulcan was kind enough to grill them up even though it was raining out.

I made my plate up. Yes, I added more cheese. I love cheese.

I didn't put ketchup on it because that seemed weird. Maybe it would have helped but I really didn't like them. I think it could have been a texture thing but mushy noodles in my brat didn't work for me and it kind of looked gross. I will stick my normal cheddar brats.
