2 chicken breasts in the middle, boneless and skinless
½ cup chicken broth
2 oranges cleaned and sliced
4 prunes without their pit
4 darts without their knuckle
½ teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon black whole pepper
½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 tbsp white sugar
1 cup of rose water
3/4 cups. White wine
Implementation
Place a large pot with the broth on a strong fire.
Add the oranges, plums, doughs and carnations and let them boil until the fruit breaks, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir pepper, nutmeg, sugar, rose water and wine in the broth.
Lower the heat and simmer for about ten minutes.
