  • ingredients
    (for four servings)

2 chicken breasts in the middle, boneless and skinless
½ cup chicken broth
2 oranges cleaned and sliced
4 prunes without their pit
4 darts without their knuckle
½ teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon black whole pepper
½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 tbsp white sugar
1 cup of rose water
3/4 cups. White wine

  • Implementation

  • Place a large pot with the broth on a strong fire.

  • Add the oranges, plums, doughs and carnations and let them boil until the fruit breaks, about 7-10 minutes.

  • Stir pepper, nutmeg, sugar, rose water and wine in the broth.

  • Lower the heat and simmer for about ten minutes.

  • Drain and keep it sideways.
  • Chicken in a wide pan until it is reddish on both sides.
  • Add the preserved sauce and continue spinning and chilling the chicken until it is cooked well, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve then with rice or with mashed potatoes.
