#GoodEveningSteemians And A Happy Weekend To All Of Us.
I haven't been active on this platform nearly a year or less 😱, and I suppose that I have to restart as if I'm a new user again.
Today I share with u lovelies a recipe I've invented while baking a cake for my better half's birthday.
This cake will be appealing to all our choco-crazies out there and it's a havven .
Not gonna bore u , let's dig in guys.
#Recipe.
{2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of oil
20g baking powder
2 tbs cocoa
1 cup fresh cream
Vanilla essence.}
#Instructions.
Place the flour, baking powder and cocoa in a seperate bowl and leave it to set, whisk the egg whites until creamy, and separately whisk the yolks along with the sugar, add the yolks into the egg whites and with a spatula slowly fold the mixture.
in a seperate bowl whisk the fresh cream for a few minutes it shouldn't be too thick , still creamy in texture add it to the mixture then add the oil and whisk for two minutes on high speed. Finally add the flour and whisk together till it's all mixed properly, then add the vanilla essence and fold together with a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 150©
Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
Our toppings are simple, whisk the Nutella to be creamy and spread it all over the cake, place unwhisked nutella in a icing decorator and put a thick amount under where u will place ur ferrero, crush hazel nuts and sprinkle them all over the cake
