I found it awkward and sad that we always see people come home from work or have time off on weekend days to only sleep through the day away. Especially since these days are really the only time they can be active, meet people and make up for all their recreation.
The way I live my life is an open book with words of insanity on blank pages. I write down anything that comes to my mind and builds the sentences into paragraphs in a story-style writing format. Some people may find it annoying but my mind has always been filled with mental stories of life’s struggles and triumphs from when I was young to what will happen in future years.
Living joyfully stops being possible when routine sets in your daily life. Breaking a routine can help you re-evaluate your direction or get an entirely new one if you want it (which may lead to finding happiness). Routine kills any good emotion you might experience by making everything feel like what it was: mere reconstruction.
We all have a set of goals we want to achieve in life. But sometimes, not meeting these goals or due to any emergencies it is not possible for you to get there. You should think about making time for yourself. Our self-reflection helps us know what life actually means and who we are as humans on a deep level by thinking outside of the world we live in.
Emotions are an important factor in being happy and if they are negative it will not be easy to break the routine.
Independent from all other factors, humans will only be satisfied with their living environment when they are able to bring spontaneous and explorative action into their lives.
Maybe you're going to work, school, and plodding along in your house with nothing coming up. It's not the best feeling. You deserve to be happy for at least some part of the day, it is possible.
Try anything: go out, take a field trip, or maybe you feel like having drinks but that's not family time. Would you like to hang out with some friends (taking a break)? There are so many different things that can be done to break radical routines and find happiness in life if people are seeking it badly enough!
You tend to believe that you are living your best life before you figure out what life is.
It's cool if you find yourself constantly reminded of the routine life. But breaking the routine and living a chaotic, yet productive and fulfilled life will be ultimately better in the long run as well as your body will thank you for this habit like never before.
