Okee Okee, themed week again and a exciting one too. 69 haphazardly?! Anyway the "Sexy Sandwiches Week" may be remembered by generations... 😊😊😊

2 generally attractive or interesting : APPEALING

How do I turn that into a sandwich, hmmm? Food is kind of sexy already, so that shouldn't be to hard. Then some sayings go like: "The way to someones heart goes through the stomach", something I absolutely can attest, which kind of includes the erotic and appealing part, especially when cooking for the chosen one. And since I started the #nowasteoftaste tag, for me the whole delice should be out of the stuff "lying around" the kitchen.

For This Appealing Sandwich You'll Need Some Of This:

Whole Grain Toast

Toast It with some Organic Cheese

Seaweed Raspberry Chutney
Seaweed Tartar Sauce

Put some of each on the toast. Seaweed contains lots of minerals like folate, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium and not to forget the iodine... All this helps to make the blood flow easier.

Coriander

A good pinch of fresh coriander on the seaweed "sauce". The history of coriander as an aphrodisiac dates back far. In chinese medicine and in ayurveda they use the herb in love potions. It is part of a drink called “Hipocras” that was commonly served during weddings. This drink came to Europe and was later on exported to many nations of South America, where it was banned because it stimulated the libido too much.

Grilled Makizushi

We haven't finished the Makizushi we made the other day, so I grilled them for a change. They packed with plenty proteins like salmon, shrimps and avocados, carrots etc.. - Everything the body needs to make the blood flow to the important parts, when the "sexy" becomes really serious... 😊

Home Made Horseradish Pickles

Cut it really fine and sprinkle on the grilled makis. Horseradish is said to be a male aphrodisiac. The more heat, the more sexual drive.

Organic Mustard Sprouting Seeds

Sprinkle a bit all over the sandwich. Mustard triggers the release of soothing, euphoric endorphins and also quickens the pulse. Need I say more? 😃

Sriracha

More heat and the way to validate my sandwich...

As I put this "Sexy" Sandwich together my love and sunshine watched me and said: "You are crazy to do this" and that's the way the sandwich got it's name. Now I'm going to respond to her... 😊
