😋 Let Me Make You Hungry !! This is an awesome home style dinner that's Easy Peasy !! These yummy Caramelized Pork Steaks were served with boiled potatoes and Peas & Carrots from frozen ! I really hope you make this at home ! Just put your potatoes on to boil , Start browning your seasoned Pork Steaks in olive oil or butter , once they are nicely browned sprinkle brown sugar on top ( one side at a time ) and brown a bit more on both sides just to Caramelize on med. Low heat , don't cook on high or sugar may burn ! Heat your favorite veggies and Dinners ready in about 45 minutes !! Easy Peasy Enjoy !! Mmmmmmm! 😋

Season your Pork Steaks with your favorite seasonings rub on both sides , I used Montreal Spice Blend for chicken , salt & Pepper !
😋🍖 Put potatoes on to boil , and have your veg ready on the back burner , cook veg 5 minutes before dinner is ready .
😋🍖 Once potatoes cook 30 minutes , Brown Steaks on med. On both sides to sear in the juices , Maybe 6 min. Per side !
😋🍖 Once nicely browned and juices run clear , turn to med/ low and sprinkle brown sugar on both sides , cooking to Caramelize slowly in their own sugary juices !! Mmmmm!
