Homegrown food stored for the winter days? Have you ever thought about preparing your own fully stocked pantry? In the summer, everything is abundant in the garden, and we want you to enjoy some of it in winter when only fruits and vegetables from distant places are available. With some will, dedication and good home-made recipes we can prepare numerous varieties of delicious stocks that will bring delights from the home garden to winter meals.
We grow in the home garden or field with the greatest attention and love, we know each plant by name, we know how it grew, what problems it was and how it finally became beautiful and strong. We gave each one a part of our energy and helped her in difficulty, watering her and protecting her from the sun and frost. She often surprised us with her perseverance and power to transplant the pests or to restore after the hail.
The fruits of these plants are close to us and in reality, give us the most "food" - not only in material terms but also in terms of vitality and inner satisfaction. What's just about the taste that is full of aroma, the colors are long-lived and the surface is glittering.
And just keeping the domestic crops for winter was happening this summer even with us. I pickled courgettes and string beans, cooked apple and plum jam, and, last but not least, made a homemade tomato sauce. I could continue to list, but it is not the essence of this post that I praise myself for the work done, but rather to encourage anyone to prepare supplies for winter from home-grown ingredients which are definitely more healthy than those which are mass produced or imported from foreign countries.
With this thought, I'm saying good night, and I hope you liked my photos made with Elephone.
