A low-word count blog for a change!
I recently wrote about my own personal hack to weight loss that may or may not work for others, and so I wouldn't exactly suggest trying, unless you're somewhat like me when it comes to food.
In short, a kind of intermittent fasting but with fruit as a power tool to prevent hunger getting too bad, making it sustainable... and I can also eat what I want when I want, but have the attitude to simply not, except on the odd occasion.
For people with a general love for food, this kinda practice ain't gonna work out.
But for me, it got me from 97 to 88.5-ish kilograms in a few months.
As of today, I'm a fully-fledged 87kg man. Not a big change in itself, but it does mark a full 10kg of weight loss in a fairly short amount of time!
The most frustrating thing, however, is that I don't look even slightly different. My clothes all fit the same, I'm still technically overweight, and even when I get to 'ideal weight' category of about 84kg, because it's 99% fat, I'll still look and feel exactly the same as I do now.
But, I suppose at that point, the journey actually begins and I have to start going back to exercise routines of a sort. Putting weight back on in muscle form is fine with me.
Eh, we'll see how it goes. It's summer vacation for a measly 6 weeks now (most schools get at least 8), so I dunno if I'm gonna become a slob or an athlete. Probably the former.
Either way, pretty fun success so far!
